Abstract

The book "Diversity and Inclusion in Human Resource Management" is an in-depth
investigation at the significant part that diversity and inclusion play in contemporary businesses, with a specific emphasis on how these concepts are incorporated into the management of human resources. As we live in an era that is characterised by growing awareness of social equality and more global connection, it is not only a moral necessity but also a strategic benefit to encourage diversity and inclusion from a variety of backgrounds. the numerous aspects of diversity, which include aspects such as gender, colour, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, and other aspects as well. It demonstrates the positive impact that diversity and inclusion have on creativity, innovation, employee engagement, and overall organisational performance, highlighting the compelling business case for diversity and inclusion.
