License Terms

The Journal of Advanced Management Studied (JAMS) is committed to promoting the dissemination and sharing of scholarly research in the field of management studies. To facilitate this mission, we apply specific license terms to all content published in our journal. The following license terms outline the permissions and restrictions associated with the use and distribution of published articles:

  1. Copyright
    Journal retains the copyrights of published work.
  2. Creative Commons License:
    • JAMS apply a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 (CC BY NC 4.0) license to all published articles. This license allows others to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the work, only for non-commercial purposes, as long as appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and the source is properly cited.
  3. Derivative Works:
    • Users are permitted to create derivative works based on JAMS content, such as translations, adaptations, or compilations. However, any derivative works must also be licensed under the CC BY NC 4.0 license, and proper attribution to the original author(s) and source must be provided.
  4. Commercial Use:
    • JAMS content can not be used for commercial purposes under the CC BY NC 4.0 license. 
  5. No Additional Restrictions:
    • The CC BY license applied to JAMS content does not impose any additional restrictions on users beyond those outlined in the license terms. Users are free to use, share, and adapt the content for non-commercial purposes in accordance with the terms of the license.

By publishing in JAMS, authors agree to license their work under the terms of the CC BY license, enabling the widest possible dissemination and impact of their research. We believe that open licensing promotes collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the academic community and beyond.
