Abstract

Supply chain management (SCM) plays a crucial role in today's globalized economy, where companies rely on interconnected networks of suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and retailers to deliver products and services to customers. the significance of optimizing efficiency and sustainability within the supply network to enhance overall performance and competitiveness. Efficiency in supply chain management involves streamlining processes, reducing costs, and improving productivity at every stage of the supply chain. By eliminating inefficiencies, such as excess inventory, delays, and bottlenecks, organizations can enhance responsiveness to customer demands and gain a competitive edge in the marketplace.
